Step 1: Combine all the ingredients except the garlic in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Step 2: Microplane, grate, or mince the garlic and add it to the jar.
Step 3: Shake well and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.*Set the vinaigrette on the counter a few minutes before serving to allow the olive oil to come to room temperature.
