The details:
Step 1: Rinse and drain the fresh cranberries. Cut the orange into chunks.
Step 2: Place all ingredients in food processor and process until fully chopped and mixed together. Sweeten more if desired.
Note: Allow the cranberry orange relish to sit overnight in the fridge for best color and flavor!

- 16 ounces fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
- 2 whole clementines or cuties (organic is best)
- 1 cup coconut sugar or raw sugar
- ½ pint raspberries (optional for color)
