Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad.

Cook Time:15 minutes
Total Time:30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound pasta noodles, cooked and rinsed under cold water
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken or shredded baked chicken breast
  • cups ranch dressing
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, defrosted
  • ½ cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Make the pasta

  • Cook the pasta noodles in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside

Make the pasta salad

  • In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and toss to combine.
    Add more ranch and salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
