- fresh lemon juice
- stone ground mustard or dijon, spicy mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic, crushed or minced
- parmigiano reggiano, finely grated

- 1 tsp anchovy paste, optional

Step by Step Instructions
In a glass jar or small mixing bowl, add: the mayo, lemon juice, minced garlic, stone ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything until fully combined and store in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Healthy Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup avocado oil mayo
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp stone ground mustard or dijon, spicy mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- ⅓ cup parmigiano reggiano, finely grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp anchovy paste, optional

I made this for a side salad this evening to test it before committing to using it for a main dish blackened shrimp Caesar salad later in the week. It was delicious! I’ll be using this recipe every time I want a Caesar salad from here forward. If I wasn’t trying to avoid seed oils, I’d still use this.
