My easy Sheet Pan Miso Glazed Salmon is a delicious savory and sweet seafood dish. It’s full of healthy fats, nutrients, and caramelized miso glaze flavor! You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can make this restaurant-style salmon. Serve it with your favorite rice or noodles.

For this recipe you’ll need
- 1 baking sheet
- unbleached parchment paper sheet – I buy them in bulk

To get started making this recipe, you’ll want to gather these ingredients:
- fresh, wild-caught salmon
- white or red miso paste organic if possible
- coconut aminos
- rice vinegar
- honey
- toasted sesame oil
- white sesame seeds
- salt to taste
Here’s How To Make My Easy Miso Glazed Salmon.
Step by Step Instructions
- In a glass jar or mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients except the salmon, making sure the miso paste has been fully incorporated.
- Place the salmon filet or filets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle 2/3 of the miso glaze over the top of the salmon, reserving the rest of the glaze to drizzle over the salmon once cooked.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate. Then remove the cover or plastic wrap and set it on the counter while the oven preheats.Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Cook the salmon for 10-15 minutes until nicely browned and the salmon has reached 130℉. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before drizzling with extra miso glaze and serving.
