Healthy Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

Equipment

  • glass jar with lid

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp stone ground mustard or dijon, spicy mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
  • cup parmigiano reggiano, finely grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a glass jar or small mixing bowl, add:
    the mayo, lemon juice, minced garlic, stone ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything until fully combined and store in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 1 week.
