Cranberry Orange Relish

Cranberry Orange Relish with coconut sugar adds a special twist to the more common cranberry sauce that is served throughout the Fall and Winter months. This season try something a little different than your normal cranberry sauce.

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
  • 2 whole clementines or cuties (organic is best)
  • 1 cup coconut sugar or raw sugar
  • 1 pint raspberries (optional for color)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain the fresh cranberries. Cut the orange into chunks.
  • Place all ingredients in food processor and process until fully chopped and mixed together. Sweeten more if desired.
