This is delicious!! I used my food chopper to make it easier, and I also used purple cabbage for its health benefits. I pinned this recipe so I can make it over and over again. Thank you =)

My whole family loved this, including 2 littles! I’ve tried a few of your recipes recently and they have all turned out great. Thanks for re-inspiring me in the kitchen 🙂

  3. I haven’t made it, but I wonder if I can add honey crisp apples and follow the rest of the recipe then can it, water bath perhaps due to the vinegar (should be safe).

    Thoughts?

This coleslaw is delicious. Was looking for an alternative to our mayonnaise based one that had sugar in it. This one does not lack in flavor at all. Thank you!!
