Here’s How To Make Sheet Pan Meatballs with Pecorino Romano.

So good, you’ll want to batch cook it every week

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper and spray it with avocado oil spray or drizzle it with avocado oil and smear it over the parchment.

Step 2: Grate the onion and mince the garlic. Next, in a large bowl, add the beef, eggs, milk, Worcestershire , Pecorino Romano, dry oregano, salt and pepper. Combine well.

Step 3: Roll the meatball mixture into the size of golf balls and place them on the parchment lined baking sheet. Spray the meatball with avocado oil spray (or drizzle with avocado oil). 

Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked through.

  • 1 sheet pan

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 100% Grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ medium sweet onion grated
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced or microplane)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Worcestershire
  • ½ cup pecorino romano
  • dry oregano
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • avocado oil or ghee spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper and pray it with avocado oil spray or drizzle it with avocado oil and smear it over the parchment.
