Sheet Pan Sausage and Baby Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1.5 Pounds baby yellow Dutch potatoes
- 8 Ounces kielbasa smoked sausage sliced into 1/2 rounds
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 Sprigs fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 400°. Wash potatoes and cut them in half.
