The Best Apple Cider Vinegarette.
Equipment
- jar with lid
Ingredients
- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother) or raw peach cider vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard or honey mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- ½ tsp sea salt, more to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a glass jar and shake vigorously until everything is well combined. Store on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
