Slow Cooker Mediterranean Chicken.

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • tsp dried basil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup avocado oil or olive oil, butter

Instructions
 

  • Put the chicken thighs into the slow cooker and top with sliced onions.
  • Drizzle with avocado oil and lemon juice. Season with spices, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Cook the chicken thighs for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low. Gently pull the chicken apart into pieces and serve with the drippings.
