- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother) or raw peach cider vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard or honey mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- ½ tsp sea salt, more to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
