The Best Apple Cider Vinegarette.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother) or raw peach cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard or honey mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt, more to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a glass jar and shake vigorously until everything is well combined.
    Store on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
