Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette
Restaurant-style Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette, perfect for serving over your favorite summer salad.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2-3 tbsp raw honey
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth and emulsified. Pour into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in the fridge for up to a week.
