Healthy High-Protein Cherry Jello

Healthy High-Protein Cherry Jello is a fun snack that is loaded with protein – this 9 x 13 pan of jello has 72g of protein, and no artificial colors or flavors!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
chill time 30 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Equipment

  • small pot
  • 9 x 13 baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups tart cherry juice or black cherry juice not from concentrate
  • ½ cup grass-fed beef gelatin
  • 2-4 tbsp sweetener: raw cane sugar, maple syrup, honey, etc. to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the cherry juice, gelatin, and sweetener until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved and the liquid is runny. Roughly 5 minutes.
  • Pour the warmed mixture into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Cover the pan and place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes or until fully set.
    Slice into squares and store covered in the fridge. Enjoy!
