Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Burgers

Equipment

  • cookie dough scoop

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground chicken or ground beef
  • ¼ cup ranch seasoning mix I use homemade All-Purpose Ranch Seasoning: https://healthyelizabeth.com/all-purpose-ranch-seasoning/
  • 1 10oz pack good bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 batch Sourdough Discard Sesame Buns

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, ranch seasoning, chopped bacon, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well and form into 8 burger patties.
  • Grill over medium-high heat for roughly 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reached 165℉.
    Serve with your choice of toppings on a homemade sourdough discard sesame bun. Enjoy!
