I made this yesterday and it was DIVINE! my kitchen smelled amazing all day and it was so quick and easy to put together! 5 minutes of prep before I left for work and came home to the best dinner ever! Made it into tacos topped with green onions, cheese, and a slaw seasoned with sour cream and the same spices as the beef. It was creamy, juicy, and the best dinner I’ve had recently!
