Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 pound beef chuck roast
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Remove the beef from the packaging and place it in a crock pot.
  • Pour the oil over the beef and season it on all sides with the spices. Add the diced onion and the juice of a lime.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
  • Once the beef is cooked, use a fork to shred it into small pieces.
  • Serve the shredded beef in tacos, burritos, on top of a bed of lettuce, or on its own as a main dish.
