Coconut Lemonade Popsicles are a refreshing summer treat made with minimal ingredients and none of the dyes and high-fructose corn syrup you find at the grocery store. I love that the coconut water supplies us with electrolytes for those hot days when we need extra hydration and minerals. These ice pops are cool and crave-able!
