  • popsicle sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup maple syrup or to taste
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-power blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Evenly distribute the mixture into popsicle molds, filling almost to the top.
  • Place the lid on the popsicle mold, then push a popsicle stick into the middle of the mold.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours and enjoy!
