Roasted Parmesan Brussels Sprouts.
Equipment
- large baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 lb raw brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper. Add Brussels sprouts, avocado oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat the Brussels sprouts with the oil and seasonings.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown.
