Roasted Parmesan Brussels Sprouts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
    Add Brussels sprouts, avocado oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat the Brussels sprouts with the oil and seasonings.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown.
