Lemon Garlic Greek Yogurt Meat Marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, & oregano to a bowl or jar.
- Add sea salt and black pepper. Stir to combine. Pour over your meat of choice and marinade for a minimum of 1 hour or up to 24 hours in the fridge.

I made this recipe last night, let the chicken marinate overnight and cooked the chicken up for my lunch today and it was SOOO delicious. If you are thinking about trying this one I would highly recommend it.
