Soak the dry white beans in several cups of filtered water overnight, they should double in size and be tender beans.
Chop all vegetables, the polish sausages, and add to slow cooker or crock pot. Add remaining ingredients, including vegetable broth.
Stir until mixed well.Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. After the 8 hours, mash some of the beans with the back of a wooden spoon to thicken the dish. Serve!
