pastured beef tallow
or more olive oil/ or butter

carrots, chopped

stalks
celery, chopped

sweet onion, diced

garlic, minced

paprika

italian seasoning

bay leaves

cans
cannellini beans, 2 of the cans I drained

chicken broth , turkey both or bone broth

smoked turkey legs, ham hock or left over turkey or ham meat
sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In the bowl of a slow cooker, add all of the ingredients (optional: sauté the vegetables on sauté mode before adding the broth and meat) to the slow cooker.
Set to high for 4 hours or low for 6.
Serve with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese.
