In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the avocado oil. Use a dough whisk to mix everything, then use an ice cream scoop to make burgers or meatball-size patties.
Preheat the oven to 425℉.Add the avocado oil to a skillet heated over medium heat. Sear the burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.Remove to a baking sheet lined with unbleached parchment paper.
Place the burgers in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
