Lemon Garlic Greek Yogurt Meat Marinade.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, & oregano to a bowl or jar.
  • Add sea salt and black pepper. Stir to combine. Pour over your meat of choice and marinade for a minimum of 1 hour or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
