For the salad

Heirloom garden tomato, sliced into wedges

mini cucumber, sliced horizontally and then cut into ¼ inch half moons

For the dressing

Instructions
Prepare the garden vegetables and add to a salad bowl.
In a small glass jar, combine the salad dressing ingredients and shake well to mix. Taste and adjust salt and pepper accordingly.
Drixxle the dressing over the salad, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
