114 oz canquartered artichokes in water, drained and roughly chopped
5ozfrozen cut spinach
a few passes of fresh nutmeg on a microplaneoptional, but adds a delicious nutty note.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Mix in the cream cheese.
Stir in the cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, artichokes, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Simmer on low while the pasta cooks.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and immediately toss the pasta with the spinach artichoke Alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle with the chopped tomato for a fresh note. This pairs really well with my Oven-Baked Parmesan Chicken . Enjoy!!
