Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing.

Equipment

  • food processor or high-powdered blender

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
  • 2-3 limes, juiced
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup avocado oil or olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients except the avocado oil in a food processor or high powered blender.
    Blend on high speed until everything is well combined, roughly 20-30 seconds.
  • Lower the speed to low and slowly drizzle in the avocado oil to emulsify the dressing.
  • Place the dressing in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid in the fridge for up to 7 days.
