Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, fresh orange juice, water, and maple syrup. Heat stirring occasionally, until the berries open and start to release their juice.
Pour the cranberries and cooking liquid into a blender, add the orange zest, and blend until very smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl or large measuring glass.
Whisk in the gelatin, a little at a time to avoid clumping, until dissolved.
Pour the gelatin mixture into silicon candy molds, scraping with a bench scraper or butter knife until all the slots are filled with the gelatin mixture.Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then pop the fruit snacks out of the molds. Store the fruit snacks in the fridge for up to a week!
