Bake the Brussels
Preheat the oven to 400℉.Wash and trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts. Slice the Brussels sprouts in half.

Make the glaze
In a glass jar with a tight fitting lid, add the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup (or honey). Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
After the Brussels have baked for 20 minutes, remove them from the oven, drizzle with the glaze (to taste), add the chopped walnuts, and toss together.
Place the Brussels sprouts back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
