Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with unbleached parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mix the almond butter, egg, vanilla extract, avocado oil, and coconut sugar, and maple syrup until fully combined. Then add in the oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix again.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out in an even layer. Top with chocolate sprinkles or more chocolate chips (if using).
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out semi-clean.Cool, then slice into squares. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
