House-Marinade

House Marinade For Meat and Fish

Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 cup

Equipment

  • glass jar or bowl for mixing

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • ¼ cup balsalmic vinegar
  • cup tamari or coconut aminos, liquid aminos
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary or ½ tbsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • sea salt and pepper to taste I start with 2 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar or bowl and mix until fully combined. Pour over your favorite protein and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
