Here’s How To Make Chocolate Cranberry Frozen Yogurt Bark.

The details:

Make the toasted pecans

Step 1: Add the chopped pecans to a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and toast at 350 for 5-10 minutes. You can shake the baking sheet a couple times to make sure that the pecans brown evenly.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Let cool on the pan.

Make the bark

Step 2: In a medium size bowl, mix together the greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

You can omit the maple syrup or add more depending on your preference. Honey is also a good option for sweetening the greek yogurt.

Step 3: Spread the yogurt out on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle over the chocolate chips or chocolate chunks, dried cranberries, and cooled toasted pecans.

I like to use dark chocolate chunks but feel free to use semi sweet or even milk chocolate chips.

For the dried cranberries I like to use the kinds that are either completely unsweetened or that are sweetened with pure apple juice.

Step 4: Place in the freezer for a minimum of four hour or until frozen solid.

Step 5: Peel the bark off the parchment paper and break or cut the bark into large chunky pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

I like using glass storage containers or silicone freezer bags.
