Slow Cooker Dinosaur Kale with Ham Hocks

fresh dinosaur kale, washed and chopped
or collard greens
2
½ lb each
pastured pork hocks

chicken bone broth

sweet onion, chopped or thinly sliced

tbsp
coconut sugar
or brown sugar

tbsp
apple cider vinegar
sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Remove pork hocks, shred the meat, and return it to the slow cooker. Then serve!
We love serving these greens over rice with a drizzle of the cooking broth.
