In a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat, sauté the bacon until the fat has mostly rendered and the bacon is turning golden brown.Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Add the butter to the skillet along with the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then stir in the ranch seasoning and the chicken broth.
Add the greens beans and potatoes and stir until the green beans and potatoes are fully coated in the pan sauce.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until the veggies are perfectly tender. Serve with a sprinkling of parsley.
