Oven-Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
    In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then remove the butter form the heat and add the rest of the ingredients, besides the chicken. Stir well to combine.
  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread out the chicken pieces and coat them on both sides in the seasoned butter mixture.
    Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
    Turn on the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes to allow for more caramelization.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. This is great served on a salad or a bowl of pasta. Enjoy!!
