My Easy Everyday Steak Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup coconut aminos or tamari/ soy sauce
  • cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1+ tsp salt
  • ½+ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl, then add the steak (or chicken), toss until fully coated, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to overnight. Enjoy!
