Instructions
In a large salad bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Next, thinly slice the romaine lettuce into shredded lettuce. Place the lettuce in the bowl with the salad dressing.
Add the sliced green onions to the salad and toss everything together, massaging the dressing into the lettuce.
Top with cubes or crumbles of feta cheese. Best served fresh!
