Preheat the oven to 400℉. Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl.
Place the chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. Turn the chicken around to coat the chicken in the oil.
Season both sides of the chicken liberally with the seasoning blend.
Bake for 25-30 minutes for skinless chicken breasts or 35-40 minutes for skin-on chicken breasts, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Cooking times may vary according to the size of the chicken breast.Optional: turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
