Garden Veggie and Herb Cream Cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp carrot, peeled and finely diced or chopped in a food processor
  • 2 tbsp celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp green onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, place the cream cheese, carrot, celery, green onions, chives, and salt.
    Mix on low speed until the mixture is well blended. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
    Store covered in the fridge, in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
