In a medium size bowl, ombine the ingredients for the cream cheese spread. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mesh.
After chilling the cream cheese spread, slice a loaf of sourdough sandwich bread and spread both sides with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
Thinly slice and English cucumber and top one side of the sandwich with the cucumbers, followed by a layer of uncured salami.Place the other slice of bread on top and cut into your desired shape. Feel free to cut the crust off, but I always leave it on. Serve right away. Enjoy!
