Chipotle Caesar Salad Dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt, full-fat
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce add 1 tsp adobo sauce
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mayo made with avocado oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp raw honey
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp sea salt (more to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass jar, place an air-tight lid on it, and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
