Herbal Berry Iced Tea
Equipment
- serving pitcher
Ingredients
- 4 tea bags blueberry herbal tea or similar. I used celestial seasonings because that's what I could find at the store.
- 4 tea bags black cherry berry herbal tea or similar. I used celestial seasonings because that's what I could find at the store.
- 32 oz Pure Organic Apple Juice not from concentrate. The only ingredient should be apples.
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries, for serving optional
- sprigs fresh mint, for serving optional
Instructions
- Steep the tea bags in boiled water for roughly 10 minutes. *I like to open the tea bags and add them into a French press to brew them loose-leaf style. Remove the tea bags after brewing.
- In a glass pitcher, combine the brewed tea with the pure apple juice and refrigerate until cold.Optional: Stir in 1 cup of frozen berries
To serve
- This tea is great served over good ice with a sprig of fresh mint for extra crispness. Cheers!

This drink is refreshing and delicious! Yes Elizabeth, it does remind me of a popsicle!!
I just want you to know I have been making this wonderfully refreshing and satisfying berry apple drink every week since posted. I drink it over shaved ice and normally drink it with a 1/4 cup water to 3/4 cup berry drink ratio.
I adore this so much I will likely continue my journey through winter!
