Sheet Pan Sausage and Pierogi with Cabbage.
Equipment
- baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into ½ inch slices
- 1 lb frozen pierogies, any flavor
- ½ medium green cabbage, core removed and thinly sliced
- 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar to taste
- ½ tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- sour cream, optional for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉. Spray a baking sheet with avocado oil spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage, kielbasa, onion, and pierogi and toss them in avocado oil. Season with salt and pepper and spread everything out on the baking sheet.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, flipping everything halfway through.The last 5 minutes of baking, drizzle everything with the melted butter mixture and toss everything once more to coat.Serve with a dollop of sour cream if desired.

Thank you, Elizabeth! This was east to prepare and came out deliciously! My husband loved it. I added the garlic powder along with the melted butter mixture as I did not see it in the written instructions. (I could have watch the video for confirmation, but decided to take the risk.)
