  • 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light, fluffy, and smooth.
Next, add the vanilla extract and egg. Cream together until fully combined.
  • In the same bowl, add the dry ingredients and cream everything together until combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles, Then cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Using a small melon baller or measuring spoon, scoop a piece of the dough, roll it in your hands to form a ball, then dip the top of the ball into a bowl of extra sprinkles.

Delicious! Delicious! Followed recipe precisely! Question? Is there any more options to making these cookies a bit more healthier yet without sacrificing taste?
I have made dozens of recipes off your site, love all of them and enjoy watching every video and all your tips!

There are the perfect “dessert” for my son’s lunchbox. I made two minor changes to adjust for his tastebuds: added in mini chocolate chips in place of sprinkles, and then rolled them in a mixture of sprinkles and unsweetened flaked coconut. He LOVES them. Thank you!

Hi Elizabeth! I love watching your Youtube channel and I am super interested in using this cookie recipe to make a sugar cookie crust for a fruit pizza! Do you think the recipe would need to be tweaked at all to be baked as a crust?

    Thank you so much!!
